To enroll in any course offered by One Day Japan Inc., you (the "Registrant") must:

2. Payment and Registration
- The course fee ("Fee") must be paid in full at the time of registration. Your registration is not considered complete until One Day Japan Inc. receives the full Fee.
- If a third party pays the Fee on your behalf, you remain responsible for any non-payment issues.
- After successful registration, One Day Japan Inc. will send you a confirmation email with enrollment details.
The Fee, billed in United States Dollars (USD), includes registration and tuition fees. Payments are accepted via PayPal, Stripe, or credit card.
By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Accept that your submission of the registration form and full payment constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a failed payment or chargeback, One Day Japan Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the course until the issue is resolved.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by You
Once payment is completed, cancellations are allowed, but no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription or service. Access to course materials or services will be revoked immediately upon cancellation.

3.2 Cancellation by Us
One Day Japan Inc. reserves the right to cancel any course or suspend your access if you violate these Terms and Conditions. In such cases:
- Refunds will only cover the course fee and exclude transaction fees or other incidental costs.
- Refund requests may take up to 12 weeks to process.
One Day Japan Inc. will not issue refunds for rescheduled classes.
3.3 Refunds for Non-Usage
Failure to access or use the course, consultation, or any services provided by One Day Japan Inc. does not entitle you to a refund. It is the Registrant’s responsibility to utilize the services offered during the subscription period.
4. Course Content
The course description provides a general overview but does not guarantee specific content. One Day Japan Inc. reserves the right to modify course content at its discretion.
While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all course materials are free of errors or omissions. Refunds are only available as detailed in Section 3.
5. Student Conduct
By using One Day Japan Inc. services, you agree to:
